Program and consent

If you consent to receive SMS from Texoma Fire Alarm and Suppression LLC, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages about service inquiries, quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, inspection reminders, service and project updates, and invoice notifications from us. This program does not include promotional or advertising text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Frequency and charges

Messaging frequency may vary depending on your inquiries, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider determines any applicable charges.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further SMS will be sent unless you provide new consent. You may also call (940) 594-2044 to request removal from our SMS program.

Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency dispatch or alarm monitoring channel. For an emergency, call 911; follow your established alarm monitoring and service procedures.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. A change does not expand your SMS consent to additional message types.
